Application Management Expert

Job PurposeThe role holder is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of mission-critical applications through continuous monitoring, technical support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of applications from development to deployment and maintenance in alignment with corporate standards. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack application performance and availability to detect failures or issues and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.Validate application compliance with defined SLAs and performance targets to uphold service quality standards.Administer the end-to-end development and enhancement of MCN applications, including design, testing, deployment, and upgrades.Collaborate with Cybersecurity to embed robust protection protocols within application environments. -Conduct application performance tuning and recommend technical enhancements to improve responsiveness and data efficiency.Provide ongoing technical assistance to the Technology Sector for MCN service-related applications and system integrations.Coordinate with Corporate IT Services to resolve infrastructure-level issues affecting application stability or service continuity.Manage incidents by following structured escalation paths and ensuring proper documentation and root cause analysisSupport patch management and application maintenance activities to mitigate risks and ensure system integrity. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of application procedures, configuration, and troubleshooting guidelines for operational consistencyQualificationsBachelor or Master degree in Cybersecurity, Information System, Engineering, or any related fieldYears Of ExperiencePreferred experience of 3-6 years, or equivalent in the area of expertise
