Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the western region. Identify and build strong relationships with potential clients within the testing, inspection and certifications sector. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings to client needs. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability while meeting client requirements. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and client communications. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

A successful Business Development Manager should have : Proven experience in business development within the testing, inspection and certifications industry. Strong understanding of sales strategies and client relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with the Riyadh market and the western region. A degree or relevant qualification in business, sales, or a related field.
