Loader Operator Medina, Africa

We are currently hiring a Loader Operator to join our team in Medina, Africa. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as loaders to load and unload materials at construction sites or other industrial areas. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong hand‑eye coordination, dexterity, and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment including loaders to load and unload materials at construction sites or other industrial areas

Ensure safe and efficient operation of the loader by conducting pre‑shift inspections and regular maintenance checks

Manipulate levers, pedals, and switches to control movements of the loader

Follow loading and unloading procedures to ensure proper distribution of materials on trucks or conveyor belts

Communicate with truck drivers or other equipment operators to coordinate loading / unloading activities

Monitor material stock levels and communicate any shortages or issues to the supervisor

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating the loader

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent education

Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals in English (basic understanding of English required)

Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day

Excellent hand‑eye coordination and depth perception for precise movement of the loader

Familiarity with basic maintenance procedures for loaders is preferred

Biometric passport preferred (or willing to obtain one)

Must be able to work without accommodation (housing allowance provided)

Salary $1300 per month
