Job descriptionإعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية الخاصة بالتشغيل (عدد الرحلات، الإيرادات، المصروفات، المسافات، وغيرها). متابعة صلاحية وتجديد أوراق المركبات (الاستمارات، التأمين، الفحص الدوري، التصاريح، إلخ). حفظ وتنظيم سجلات النقل والمستندات الجمركية والفواتير. التنسيق المباشر بين قسم التخليص الجمركي والأقسام الأخرى ذات العلاقة. إدخال وتحديث البيانات في أنظمة تتبع النقل أو البرامج المعتمدة لدى الشركة. المساعدة في تنفيذ المهام الإدارية الأخرى عند الحاجة. مراقبة تكاليف الوقود والصيانة والمصاريف التشغيلية لكل شاحنة. متابعة تحصيل الفواتير والمدفوعات من العملاء. إعداد تقارير تحليل الأداء واقتراح طرق لتقليل التكاليف وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية. التنسيق المستمر مع العملاء والسائقين والموردين لضمان جودة الخدمة ورضا العملاء. متابعة بلاغات الأعطال والحوادث والتعامل معها بشكل فوري. التواصل مع الجهات الرسمية (المرور، الجمارك، الموانئ، حرس الحدود، وزارة النقل والجهات اللوجستية الأخرى) عند الحاجة. درجة الدبلوم أو البكالوريوس في إدارة سلاسل الإمداد، أو اللوجستيات، أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال النقل أو العمليات اللوجستية. معرفة جيدة بالإجراءات الجمركية وأنظمة النقل والتتبع. إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وأنظمة إدارة النقل (TMS). القدرة على إعداد التقارير وتحليل البيانات التشغيلية والمالية. إجادة اللغة الانجليزية تحدثا وكتابة. مهارات عالية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت. دقة في العمل والانتباه للتفاصيل. مهارات تواصل قوية مع مختلف الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية. القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات بسرعة وفعالية. العمل بروح الفريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات :
- إعداد تقارير تشغيل الشاحنات ومتابعة مواقعها ومساراتها اليومية.
- متابعة عمليات تحميل وتفريغ الشحنات والتأكد من سلامة المستندات المرافقة.
- ضمان الالتزام بمواعيد التسليم والاستلام المتفق عليها.
- معالجة أي تأخير أو مشكلات تشغيلية أثناء الرحلات والتواصل مع الجهات المعنية لحلها بسرعة.
- متابعة إجراءات إصدار إذونات التسليم والمستندات المتعلقة بالشحنات البحرية والجوية.
