Overview

A dynamic and highly experienced Freelance Trainer with a minimum of 10 years in the field of professional training and development. The ideal candidate will have a rich background in delivering engaging, insightful, and informative training sessions to diverse groups. This role requires an individual who can connect with participants at all levels, from entry-level employees to senior executives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs across various platforms (offline and online) that cater to diverse audiences.
  • Analyze, assess, and understand the training needs of our clients and customize sessions accordingly.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions that align with client objectives and industry standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, training methodologies, and incorporate new techniques into the training sessions.
  • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure training materials are current and meet high-quality standards.
  • Provide post-training support and resources to participants as needed.
  • Track and report on attendance, engagement levels, learning outcomes, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and professional development roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful training programs and workshops in a corporate or similar setting.
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate participants with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to enhance learning experiences (e.g., LMS platforms, virtual meeting software).

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in specific training methodologies or areas of expertise.
  • Experience with instructional design.
