About the role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work on our BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) product, focusing on optimizing the checkout, post-purchase journey, and repayments monetization. This role is critical to delivering customer-centric solutions, driving growth through innovative go-to-market strategies, and ensuring Tabby continues to lead the industry in offering impactful payment solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and other key stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and partners.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the scaling of a high-volume BNPL product with a strong focus on strategy and execution.

Drive customer-centric product development, leveraging insights from customer cohorts to refine features and improve customer lifetime value (LTV).

Utilize A / B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses and enhance user experiences.

Analyze key customer segments, derive insights, and optimize product offerings for core customer bases.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define, track, and achieve product KPIs.

Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Drive data-informed decision-making by diving deep into metrics, identifying trends, and addressing areas of improvement.

Communicate product updates and strategic plans effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.

What you’ll need

Experience :

4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in scaling high-volume, consumer-facing products.

Data-Driven Mindset :

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in customer segmentation, LTV analysis, and A / B testing.

Customer-Centric Approach :

Passionate about building products that delight customers and solve their needs.

Leadership :

Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional teams and drive impactful results.

Technical Aptitude :

Familiarity with experimentation tools, analytics platforms, and product design frameworks.

Communication :

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to articulate vision and influence stakeholders.

Adaptability :

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
