Indian Chef

We are seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities :

Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes.

Ensure all food preparation meets high-quality standards.

Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and budget control.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques.

Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements :

Proven experience as an Indian Chef or in a relevant role.

Deep knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership skills to train junior staff.

Excellent communication skills; English fluency is not required.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary :

$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location : Jeddah

Nationality : Indian (preferred)
