To support our continued growth, we are looking to expand our Cairo office with an experienced HR & Admin Manager who can build strong people operations, streamline administrative processes, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture.
Role Overview
The HR & Admin Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within OMQ’s Cairo office. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and office administration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of balancing company objectives with employee needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company values and local labor lawsManage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processesHandle performance management, training, and professional development programsFoster a positive, collaborative workplace culture that supports employee engagement and retentionOversee payroll, attendance, and benefits administration in coordination with financeManage contracts, legal compliance, and government relations as per Saudi labor lawLead and supervise office administration functions including facilities, supplies, and vendor managementProvide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related mattersPrepare HR reports, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure data confidentialityRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)Minimum 7 years of progressive HR and administration experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial roleStrong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and HR compliance requirementsProven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy developmentExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and HR systems / softwareWhy Join OMQ
