Highrise Project Manager

to lead and manage ongoing and upcoming Highrise projects in Saudi Arabia. This is a key leadership role within our Highrise projects portfolio. Serve as Project Manager for Highrise projects Act as the main point of contact to the customer Be accountable for technical planning, project formation, managing multiple projects, and engineering teams Provide strong leadership, technical direction, and ensure team members are continually trained in formwork systems Determine and plan technical solutions for Highrise projects Support the sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet customer needs Ensure solutions are economically viable and compliant with safety and regulatory guidelines from design through completion Provide analysis and design / price calculations as required and monitor conformance with contractual guidelines Coordinate and manage projects and daily business activities Qualifications

Technical / Civil Engineering qualification Experience with AutoCAD 2D At least 5 years of intensive experience in Highrise projects Master’s degree in management is preferable Solid communication skills in English; Arabic language skills preferred Minimum 10 years of project management experience Proven track record managing projects in the formwork and scaffolding industry Experience leading cross-functional or international teams Background in industry-specific projects (mainly High-rise) Minimum 10 years’ experience within ME-Countries (Saudi Arabia preferred) Benefits / Additional Information
