What this job involves

The Project Controls Director will lead the project controls function across our construction portfolio, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk mitigation for major construction projects. This senior leadership role requires expertise in construction project delivery and the ability to drive performance excellence across multiple concurrent projects.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Lead and develop a team of project controls professionals, schedulers, cost engineers, and analysts
• Establish project controls standards, procedures, and best practices for construction projects
• Mentor and develop talent within the project controls organization
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Oversee development of master project schedules for complex construction projects
• Ensure integration of design, procurement, and construction activities
• Monitor critical path activities and milestone achievements
• Implement schedule recovery plans when needed
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners
