The Senior Manager plays a critical role within the City Design Integration team at NEOM The LINE, reporting to the Director of City Design Integration. This role oversees the design work by the City Asset Design Architect related to public open spaces and primary circulation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and city performance.

What You'll Do

Lead management of design activities for the public realm, ensuring project requirements are met.

Act as the main liaison between the City Design Integration team and the Architectural Consultant responsible for key assets.

Oversee the Architectural Consultant’s work, providing guidance to ensure design deliverables meet NEOM The LINE’s standards.

Collaborate with other design teams to integrate public realm design into the broader cityscape.

Manage the design process to ensure timely, budget, and quality standards are achieved.

Work with senior leaders to develop strategies for city public realm design aligning with NEOM’s vision.

Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve design challenges and ensure cohesive city planning.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience in urban planning / architecture, especially in large-scale urban development and public spaces.

Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience coordinating complex design projects.

Deep understanding of architectural design principles for city assets.

Excellent communication skills for liaising with consultants, teams, and leadership.

Strategic thinker with attention to detail and high-quality standards.

Experience managing design timelines, budgets, and project goals.

Collaborative team player with multidisciplinary experience.
