Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Bakery Chef to lead our production of high-quality baked goods and pastries. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both traditional and modern techniques, with a passion for creating exceptional products that meet brand standards and customer expectations.

• Innovate and test new recipes focusing on creativity, presentation, and taste
• Ensure consistency in product quality and adherence to brand standards
• Supervise daily bakery and pastry operations
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
• Monitor ingredient levels, manage ordering and inventory
• Lead and train junior staff in recipes and techniques
• Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal offerings
