Electrician

Overview We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team in the industrial production sector located in the Kharj Road area of Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, with a focus on industrial applications. As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production facilities operate efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment while adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with relevant codes and safety standards.

Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.

Diagnose electrical problems and troubleshoot complex systems to ensure minimal downtime in production operations.

Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to design and implement electrical systems that meet operational requirements.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on electrical systems.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe work environment.

Provide training and guidance to junior electricians and apprentices, fostering a culture of learning and development.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.

Participate in emergency response activities as needed to address electrical failures and restore operations promptly.

Assist in the development of preventive maintenance schedules and programs to enhance system reliability.

Preferred Candidate

Proven experience as an electrician in an industrial setting, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.

Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, including motors, transformers, and control systems.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols and practices.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed.

Certification or licensure as an electrician, along with relevant training in electrical systems.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment.
