Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer based in Dammam or Jeddah , responsible for supporting customers and contractors during the installation of Kingspan insulated panel systems and standing seam roofing solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing insulated sandwich panels and metal standing seam systems, as well as a solid understanding of site coordination, safety procedures, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support on-site installation of insulated wall and roof panels and standing seam systems .
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with Kingspan standards and project specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and installation training for contractors and site teams.
• Troubleshoot technical and installation challenges directly on-site.
• Ensure all installation works meet quality, safety, and performance requirements.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project satisfaction.
• Prepare site reports and provide feedback to the technical and engineering teams.
