Experience in the Oil / Gas, Hydrocarbon, Refinery, Onshore, Offshore, or Infrastructure Industries. Experience involving construction safety activities related to large projects. Responsibilities
Conduct safety compliance audits with safety program requirements consistent with Saudi Aramco Contractor safety administrative requirements, including corrective action procedures. Ensure effective implementation of established Safety Programs. Maintain thorough knowledge of international safety standards and procedures. Provide leadership and advice on HSE matters to implementation contractor personnel at the site. Ensure the implementation of all HSE Plan requirements across the project portfolio. Participate in daily planning meetings with implementation contractors to ensure effective HSE requirements are followed. Review Job Hazard Assessments (JHA), work permit applications, and verify implementation of requirements at the job site. Demonstrate leadership and commitment to HSE objectives and to the success of all Contract / Project HSE initiatives. Keep up-to-date with governing regulations, codes and practices; inform the HSE Lead when revisions to the HSE Plan are needed. Report all instances of HSE non-compliance, unsafe acts / conditions, incidents, and near misses. Ensure site HSE inspection and audit programs are implemented. Ensure EPCM and implementation contractor personnel have completed and maintain current HSE training. Monitor effectiveness of communication materials (Job Bulletins, Toolbox Talks, Safe Observation Cards, Safety Alerts, Lessons Learned, etc.). Education
Bachelor’s Degree Must have an internationally recognized professional safety certification (e.g., CSP, CMIOSH) Moving forward together
