Setup.sa is a Saudi consulting firm specializing in market entry and soft‑landing solutions. We are a fast‑growing, technology‑driven firm working with private, public and government clients.

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role

The Associate Consultant connects our Operations team with high‑profile clients and supports one of the largest Vision2030 initiatives. You will participate in the sales process, manage client relationships, and ensure the smooth execution of onboarding and pre‑sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify sales opportunities, gather client information, and communicate with the Operations Manager to coordinate workflow.
Onboard and orient clients, explain benefits and requirements, and recommend solutions based on market knowledge.
Track execution deadlines, follow up on required activities, and support the Operations team as needed.
Promote Setup.sa’s services, maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings, and provide necessary information to enable seamless delivery.
Manage outbound sales calls, meetings, and visits with potential clients.
Maintain pre‑sales communication tools and platforms (emails, forms, websites, proposals, contracts, etc.).
Build and maintain a database of client information and create comprehensive documentation.
Analyze data, develop quantitative and qualitative reports, and support the development of various types of reports.
Perform procedural tasks and services at government agency locations.

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in consulting, sales, or client relationship management.

B.Sc. in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Passion, diligence, and commitment to work for a fast‑growing startup.

Fair knowledge of Project Management, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management.

Native‑level proficiency in Arabic and excellent written and spoken English.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Highly organized, self‑starter, adaptable, and dynamic.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
