Eram Talent is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Piping and Layout Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy specializing in the Oil and Energy sector, we are dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organizations. The Piping and Layout Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, layout, and implementation of piping systems, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
If selected, the work location would be onsite at China.
Responsibilities
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Piping Design, or a related field, with over 10 years of piping design experience in the petrochemical industry. Must have served as the Lead Piping Engineer on at least one overseas oil-gas separation unit project.
2.Proficient in oil-gas separation processes and piping design procedures. Skilled in engineering design software such as SmartPlant 3D and AutoCAD, with strong knowledge of relevant standards including SAEP, SAES, ASME B31.3, and API.
3.Capable of independently leading a team through the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual design to issuance of construction drawings.
4.Fluent spoken English is required. Proficiency in Arabic will be considered an advantage.
5.Familiar with Middle Eastern project management practices and cultural norms, with proven ability to collaborate in cross-cultural team settings. Must be willing and adaptable to work in China.
6.Preference will be given to candidates with project experience in the Middle East (especially Saudi Arabia) or strong familiarity with oil-gas separation unit processes.
