Reef Holding is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Supply Planning Specialist to support the supply chain team in managing inventory, forecasting demand, and ensuring smooth product availability across different business units. The specialist will play a vital role in developing accurate demand forecasts, monitoring supply performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective forecasting models based on sales trends and demand patterns.
• Communicate effectively with the direct manager regarding forecasts and inventory estimates.
• Monitor and report any significant changes in sales forecasts, budgets, or business strategies.
• Prepare and communicate daily / weekly / monthly inventory reports for finished products.
• Monitor the accuracy of replenishment operations and product launches in line with company service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain teams (packaging, new product development, factory) to support innovation, enhance capacity, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage reverse logistics, including product returns and redistribution according to demand trends.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Stock availability by item and category – 40%; Accuracy of replenishment orders – 30%; Timely and highly accurate reporting – 10%
• Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager or their delegate.
