Senior Project Manager - Tunnels

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced PM Tunnels to join our team. As a PM Tunnels at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing tunnel construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution and completion of tunnel projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of tunnel construction projects, including budget, schedule, and resources.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Oversee quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
