Overview
On behalf of our client we are looking for an Operations Director to join their team in Riyadh. Responsibilities
Operational Excellence Implementation
Execute the operational strategy defined by the COO across ISRAR’s platform of schools, colleges, training centers, and EdTech assets. Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives at the asset level.
Operational Performance Monitoring
Track and report operational KPIs, including service levels, resource utilization, and academic / operational support metrics. Develop and implement operational dashboards for business units.
Facilities and Support Services Oversight
Oversee the management of facility operations, maintenance, safety, and support services across ISRAR’s portfolio. Manage third-party vendors for facility services, IT infrastructure, security, and support services.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Implement operational quality standards and SLAs. Support regulatory accreditation initiatives (e.g., MoE licensing, NCAAA standards).
Operational Risk Management
Identify operational risks and support mitigation planning and execution. Ensure business continuity plans and emergency response strategies are implemented across sites.
Team and Stakeholder Engagement
Lead a team of operations managers, site supervisors, and QA officers. Foster strong collaboration between operations and academic management teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Education Administration; Master’s degree (MBA or related) preferred. 12+ years of operational management experience, preferably in education, healthcare, or service industries. Proven track record of driving operational improvements across multi-site institutions.
