The Regional Operations Manager oversees all Malama branches within a designated region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and brand consistency. This role focuses on strategic growth, cost management, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while supporting branch managers in achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities
Regional Performance & Strategy Develop and implement operational strategies to meet sales, profitability, and quality targets across all branches. Branch Oversight & Support Supervise and guide branch managers, ensuring adherence to Malama’s standards and operational procedures. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers to build strong operational teams. Set performance goals and provide continuous coaching for professional growth. Cost Management & Budgeting Monitor operating costs, control wastage, and optimize resource allocation. Ensure each branch meets its financial and operational KPIs. Customer Experience & Brand Standards Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all outlets. Implement brand initiatives to improve guest experience and loyalty. Expansion & Pre-Opening Support Lead operational planning for new branches, including staff readiness, training, and process implementation. Ensure smooth handover from pre-opening to operational phase. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. 5+ years of multi-branch operations management in F&B or hospitality. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive performance.
