Business Consultant the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant with strong legal expertise to guide clients through evolving regulatory landscapes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring legal updates, interpreting regulations, and advising clients on their operational impacts.

This role requires deep analytical ability, strong communication skills, and the capability to simplify complex legal frameworks for diverse stakeholders.

Key & Legal Advisory

- Continuously track updates in laws, regulations, government policies, and industry standards relevant to clients.

- Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on client business operations, compliance obligations, and risk exposure.

- Advise clients on strategic actions required to comply with new or revised regulations.

Client Communication & Reporting

- Prepare and present insightful reports, briefs, and compliance documents outlining regulatory changes and implications.

- Communicate complex legal and regulatory information in a clear, accessible manner for non-legal audiences.

- Conduct client workshops, presentations, and training sessions on regulatory updates.

Consulting & Compliance Strategy

- Develop customized compliance strategies and best-practice frameworks for clients.

- Collaborate with internal legal teams, compliance experts, and client leadership to address regulatory issues.

- Provide ongoing consultancy support, ensuring clients remain compliant and prepared for future regulatory shifts.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Law, Business Law, Corporate Law, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

- Proven experience as a Business Consultant, Compliance Consultant, Legal Analyst, or similar advisory role.

- Solid understanding of regulatory environments and compliance frameworks across relevant industries.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Ability to interpret and explain complex legal concepts to non-legal professionals
