Position Summary
Position Summary : The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of substation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) substation projects (e.g., 132kV, 220kV, or higher). Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project specifications are met. Oversee procurement activities and vendor management. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed. Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders. Manage testing, commissioning, and handover processes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in substation projects. Proven track record in managing high-voltage substation EPC projects. Strong understanding of electrical systems, protection schemes, and grid integration. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
