The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work with animals, and a passion for grooming. Experience is not required; on-the-job training will be provided. The candidate should be comfortable working with different breeds and possess basic knowledge of canine care.
Responsibilities
- Bathing and drying dogs
- Clipping nails
- Brushing fur
- Cleaning ears
- Trimming fur around the face and feet
- Providing minor medical treatments such as brushing teeth or treating skin conditions
- Keeping accurate records of services performed
- Monitoring each dog’s health
- Maintaining a clean and organized grooming station
