Real Estate Consultant

The Senior Real Estate Advisor will serve as a high-level strategic partner to leadership, providing expert guidance across investments, development strategy, market positioning, partnerships, and portfolio performance. This role requires deep experience in the Saudi real estate market and the ability to influence major decisions that shape large-scale developments and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Adv on national real estate trends, development priorities, and long-term strategic direction.
• Guide the evaluation of major development initiatives, including new residential, mixed-use, and commercial opportunities.
• Support long-range portfolio planning and ensure alignment with market dynamics and business objectives.
• Review and challenge feasibility studies, financial models, and business cases to ensure accuracy and commercial viability.
• Provide high-level recommendations on land acquisitions, joint ventures, PPP models, and strategic investment partnerships.
• Assess opportunities across Saudi cities and regions, advising on highest & best use, product strategy, and market positioning.
• Maintain deep, updated knowledge of Saudi real estate policies, regulatory frameworks, and Vision 2030-related initiatives.
• Analyze consumer demand trends, competitive landscape, and pricing shifts to guide project decisions.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for leadership and project teams.
• Evaluate the performance of current assets and developments, recommending improvements, repositioning, or divestment strategies.
• Identify new growth opportunities within residential and mixed-use segments.
