Senior Site Engineer

Overview

One of JobIn Clients is hiring for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic site environments. Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor site progress, materials, and manpower utilization to ensure adherence to timelines. Conduct quality inspections and verify that all work complies with design and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site in collaboration with the project team. Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed and assist in implementing HSE standards. Maintain accurate site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project management. Assist in cost control and resource planning to optimize project efficiency. Support in the testing and commissioning of completed works. Qualifications / Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project (or equivalent project management tools). Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering techniques. Familiarity with surveying instruments (Total Station, Theodolite, GPS, etc.). Knowledge of structural drawings, civil works, and MEP coordination. 3–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Professional certifications such as PMP, FE, or relevant engineering licenses are an advantage. Ability to conduct quantity take-offs, material estimation, and progress measurement. Understanding of QA / QC procedures and safety management systems.
