Senior Consultant - Contracts Administrator

Overview

Turner & Townsend Contract Services Team delivers Contract Development, Contract Management, Dispute Resolution and Claims Management Services across the region. With experience in a consultancy or contractor organisation, you will have knowledge and hands-on experience of standard forms of contract, claims management, dispute avoidance and / or dispute resolution within the built environment sectors. You will be commercially astute, driven and results oriented, providing best-in-class claims and dispute management advice for our clients.

Individuals will have a quantity surveying, commercial management, engineering and / or legal background and will be able to support our Subject Matter Experts in the region and aid the growth of our high performing Contract Services division.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Contract Development, Contract Management, Dispute Resolution and Claims Management services across the region.
• Support Subject Matter Experts in the region and contribute to the growth of the Contract Services division.
• Engage in a variety of construction sectors and project types, providing client-facing services with strong presentational skills.
• Prepare and compile claim reports and manage disputes through arbitration and / or litigation processes.
• Apply methodical analytical skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to service delivery under challenging scenarios.
• Assist with live contracts and projects in distress and support major bid proposals as needed.
