Salary : Up to SAR 30,000 (Negotiable - Subject to Experience & Technical Expertise) + Standard Benefits

Job Description

We are seeking a Workspace ONE Specialist to manage and support enterprise-wide endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in VMware Workspace ONE UEM and related technologies, ensuring secure and seamless device lifecycle management. This role involves implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration to enhance mobility, security, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workspace ONE Administration : Deploy, configure, and manage Workspace ONE UEM, Access, and related components.
  • Security & Compliance : Implement Zero Trust Security policies, enforce compliance, and manage conditional access.
  • Support & Troubleshooting : Provide Level 2 / 3 technical support, troubleshoot authentication, app deployment, and connectivity issues.
  • Integration & Automation : Integrate with Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Okta, and automate tasks using PowerShell, REST APIs.
  • User Training & Documentation : Provide end-user training, develop SOPs, and optimize user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Workspace ONE UEM and Access.
  • Expertise in MDM, EMM, Windows 10 / 11, macOS, iOS, Android management.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM solutions (Azure AD, Okta, Intune), networking, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud security.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, APIs, and automation scripting.
  • VMware Workspace ONE certification (VCP-DW or equivalent) is a plus.

    • Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and mobile application management (MAM).
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and enterprise IT support models.
