Highrise Project Manager

to lead and manage our ongoing and upcoming Highrise projects in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

Working as Project Manager for Highrise projects You are the main point of contact to the customer Accountable for technical planning, forming projects, managing multiple projects, and engineering teams Provides strong leadership, technical direction and ensures that team members are continually trained in Formwork systems Determines and plans technical solutions for Highrise projects Supports the sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet the customers’ needs Provides project design, planning and execution guidance in line with safety and regulatory guidelines from project design through inception and completion Provides analysis and design / price calculations as required and monitors conformance with contractual guidelines Project coordination / management regarding projects and daily business Qualifications

Technical / Civil Engineering Qualification Experience with AutoCAD 2D At least 5 years of intensive experience in Highrise projects Master’s degree in management is preferable Solid communication skills in English (Arabic preferred) Minimum 10 years of project management experience Proven track record managing projects in formwork & scaffolding industry Experience leading cross-functional or international teams Background in industry-specific projects (Mainly High-rise) Minimum 10 years’ experience within ME-Countries (Saudi Arabia preferred) Additional Information
