Overview

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia   Position : Legal Counsel – Public-Private Partnerships (PPP)

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate PPP agreements, joint venture contracts, and project documentation.
  • Provide legal advice on regulatory, contractual, and compliance aspects of PPP projects.
  • Support risk management and dispute resolution related to PPP initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive legal guidance to facilitate successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Law degree with relevant experience in PPP projects.
  • 4–7+ years’ experience in PPP legal work, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and provide independent legal guidance.
