Oversee and influence the service and cultureof our dining operations. As a passionate creative andenergetic leader ensure an excellent guest experience by directingimplementing and maintaining service standards and motivating andguiding members of theteam.

Be curiousabout the latest in food and beverage styling anddesign.
Plan and execute all aspects of servicedelivery and oversee daytodayoperations.
Ensure high standards aremaintained by providing the team with ongoing training coaching andguidance.
Monitor and assess qualityservice and guest satisfaction trends and make adjustmentsaccordingly.
Remain personally responsible formaximizing quality levels of product and service and guestsatisfaction
Develop and supervise allF&B team members delivering motivational and inspirationaldaily rallies
Ensure that all Food &Beverage Standards are being adhered to
Workalongside team members to create a culture of teamwork and serviceexcellence

Qualifications :

Previous Forbes5

experience a strongadvantage.

Skill in establishing andmaintaining effective working relationships with staff andguests.

Ability to maintainconfidentiality of sensitiveinformation.

Must be ableto train employees to Standards of Service as specified indepartmental manual.

Musthave knowledge of food and beverage cost accounting payrollsforecasting and budgeting.

Must befamiliar with traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine andservice.

Must have aworking knowledge of food beverage and labor costs and how they areaffected by the actions of thedepartment.

Working knowledge ofcomputers to include word processing and spreadsheet applicationsand point of salesprograms.

Must display anability to be able to communicate with other departments includingSales and Catering Housekeeping Banquets Culinary Beverage andStewards.
