What you will do

• Collaborate with district promotion manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans
• Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agrees to course corrections
• Contribute to cluster / territory teams and Marketing Medical Affairs / Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives / responsibilities
• Engage with peers and District Manager and cross-functional teams to improve product knowledge
• Demonstrate an understanding of the healthcare industry and healthcare trends in Saudi Arabia.
• Follow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashion
• Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date.
• Demonstrate an understanding of Amgen selling approaches to satisfy customers needs
• Ensure implementation of Amgen SOPs with high quality
• Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities
• Seek inputs and assistance to prioritize activities in a timely fashion and follow-up with customers
• Continuously develop and improve product knowledge communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs to drive own development
