Efficio is the world’s largest specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, with offices across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We’re a diverse team of over 1,000 individuals, representing more than 60 different nationalities and speaking 40+ languages – and we’re continuing to grow rapidly! We are recruiting for our Saudi operations where you’ll be joining a growing team of nearly 250 people supporting clients across the Kingdom to realise Vision 2030 projects. Efficio has been operating in KSA since 2014 and opened the Riyadh office in 2019. During this time, we have worked on some of the region’s largest infrastructure and Giga projects, helping them manage their end‑to‑end cost portfolio, deliver value from procurement faster and meet Local Content and ICV requirements.

Working under the guidance of an experienced consultant, you will be :

• Collecting, analysing, and synthesising large data sets from various sources to generate insights that will provide important inputs to the project team’s recommendations and solutions
• Justifying conclusions and recommendations with relevant experience and rigorous, fact‑based analysis
• Assisting consultants with developing and issuing RFPs and evaluating proposals from suppliers
• Providing input to client presentations and assisting with the visualisation and presentation of analyses
• Working alongside the team to support the day‑to‑day delivery of projects
• Interacting with clients and suppliers as required
