General Manager (GM)

Function : Full P&L Ownership + Growth Leadership
Reports to : Group CBO / CEO
Role Mission
Lead RYM’s growth and operational excellence across the GCC by scaling supply (equipment owners) and demand (contractors)
Business Growth & Commercial Leadership
- Own strategy, market expansion and full P&L profitability
- Build and lead sales, vendor acquisition and operations teams
- Scale supply : contractors, equipment owners, dealers, OEMs
- Expand demand : construction companies, megaprojects, gov’t tenders
- Drive pricing models, commission tiers, asset-utilization metrics
