Hiring : Procurement Lead / Procurement Manager

Experience : 5 years in procurement or category operations preferably in food delivery or F&B

Notice Period : Immediate / Transferable Iqama only

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing tech-enabled food delivery platform operating across major cities in Saudi Arabia. Backed by a global digital ecosystem the company is scaling rapidly and is focused on operational excellence local partnerships and seamless customer experience. They are seeking a Procurement Lead to manage and optimize procurement operations across the Kingdom with a strong focus on food category vendors and restaurant partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning and sourcing aligned with regional demand and promotional campaigns
• Identify and onboard vendors, restaurants and food partners across cities
• Negotiate pricing terms and contracts while maintaining supplier performance
• Monitor SKU assortment, vendor fill rates, lead times and price adherence
• Collaborate closely with logistics operations, marketing and finance teams
• Analyze procurement data to drive cost control and supplier optimization
• Ensure compliance with procurement SOPs and local regulations
• Support the launch of new cuisine categories and food offerings across key regions

Requirements

Nationality : Any (Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred)
