Your Mission As our Travel & Tourism Specialist, you will be the architect of seamless travel experiences. You will leverage your expertise to book flights, navigate visas, and craft unforgettable tours, ensuring our clients receive nothing less than exceptional service.

Your Key Responsibilities

Air Ticketing :

Manage domestic & international bookings using GDS platforms.

Visa Expertise :

Guide clients through visa requirements and applications.

Tour Packaging :

Create custom tour packages for Japan and Saudi Arabia.

Client Support :

Handle all travel inquiries with accuracy and care.

Industry Knowledge :

Stay current with IATA rules and travel advisories.

Collaboration :

Work with our student team to offer end‑to‑end travel solutions.

The Ideal Candidate Has

Experience :

A proven track record in a travel agency.

Knowledge :

Demonstrable understanding of ticketing & IATA regulations.

Technical Skill :

Hands‑on experience with a GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).

Languages :

Fluency in English and basic proficiency in Arabic.

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and impeccable attention to detail.
