Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM) is a private company operating within the materials sector focusing on specialty chemicals. An exciting opportunity is available in AMICTOHO TITANIUM METAL Company for an Engineer, Maintenance Mechanical Design in Yanbu.
About the role
Responsible for managing and controlling all maintenance activities to ensure the reliability, availability, and efficiency of mechanical equipment. Oversees maintenance execution, records management, and compliance with industry best practices. Ensures proper documentation and continuous improvement in maintenance processes through SAP and other management tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of maintenance activities within statutory, corporate, site safety, and environmental requirements as well as site engineering standards.
- Supervise servicing of facilities and assets (servicing and repair).
- Maintain all equipment according to the agreed weekly schedule and priority, ensuring required quality standards.
- Maintain team output consistent with plans and schedules.
- Ensure efficient manpower utilization.
- Ensure required quality workmanship.
- Coordinate daily with other functions and closely with other maintenance supervisors.
- Keep maintenance documentation up to date.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Develop, implement, and periodically review critical spares selection and stock levels for mechanical spares in coordination with other departments.
- Maintain qualification of personnel whose positions require formal documentation (e.g., welders).
- Investigate and investigate accidents, incidents, or other deviations, report them, and implement corrective actions within agreed time schedules.
- Support development and effective management of annual maintenance shutdown work along with other planned / unplanned shutdowns.
- Identify and improve workshop staff competence by providing adequate training, supervision, motivation, and development to support improved plant uptime and active execution of the manpower succession plans.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.CMRP – Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional.Minimum Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience.Knowledge & Skills Required
Preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.Familiarity with SAP for maintenance management.Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).Applicants Request Duration
