We’re partnering with a leading infrastructure organisation in Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing transportation sector to deliver a high-impact consultancy and transformation programme. This is your opportunity to lead the implementation of a world-class Asset Management System (AMS) and drive ISO 55001 certification for a major aviation client. Why This Role? What You’ll Do : As a Principal / Senior Consultant, you’ll take ownership of high-profile engagements and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include : Leading the technical delivery and client relationship for major asset management projects Advising senior executives on strategic asset management and capability development Designing and implementing AMS frameworks aligned with ISO 55001 Facilitating stakeholder workshops and capability assessments Authoring governance frameworks, lifecycle processes, and performance management systems Delivering training and knowledge transfer to build internal client capability Providing expert guidance on airport FM best practices and asset lifecycle optimisation What We’re Looking For : This role requires deep expertise in

strategic asset management , strong working knowledge of

ISO 55001 , and extensive consultancy experience across both

hard and soft FM services . The consultant will play a key role in shaping FM strategies, optimizing asset performance, and aligning operational delivery with international best practices. Key Responsibilities : Lead the development and implementation of

strategic asset management frameworks

in alignment with ISO 55001. Conduct

FM audits , gap analyses, and performance reviews across hard and soft services. Advise on

FM service delivery models , outsourcing strategies, and contract optimization. Support the client in

FM transformation initiatives , including digital tools, CAFM systems, and data-driven decision-making. Develop and present high-quality reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to internal teams and junior consultants. Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards. Required Qualifications & Experience : Bachelors or Masters degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Asset Management, or a related discipline. Minimum

10 years of FM consultancy experience , with a strong portfolio of strategic and operational projects. Proven expertise in

ISO 55001

implementation and asset lifecycle planning. Strong knowledge of

hard services

(e.g., MEP, building systems) and

soft services

(e.g., cleaning, security, hospitality). Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills. Experience working in the

Middle East

or with clients in the GCC region is highly desirable. Professional certifications such as

IAM, IWFM, MRICS , or equivalent are a plus. Proven experience in asset management, ideally within aviation or infrastructure consulting A strong academic background in Engineering, Facilities management, Asset Management, or related fields Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus) We want someone who’s not just experienced—but inspired.
