Job Title : Data & Business Analyst

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data & Business Analyst to support procurement and supply chain operations through effective data management and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, developing dashboards, supporting automation efforts, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls. This position requires strong analytical thinking, structured execution, and a collaborative mindset to work across departments and deliver actionable insights.

Minimum Experience Required :

5–8 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and analyze large and complex data sets to support procurement and supply chain functions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Excel
• Ensure accurate tracking of commitments, post-award activities, and milestone monitoring
• Maintain structured and audit‑ready records in accordance with internal policies
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and process enhancements
• Support cross‑functional teams by providing data insights and facilitating effective stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and contribute to internal control efforts

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Data Analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP S / 4HANA
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with procurement or financial data management and reporting
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
