Overview
Job Title : IT Support / Executive.
Job Purpose : Monitors and maintains the computer systems and networks of the organization. Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all users related support issues are addressed with the TAT norms. Providing full support on all kind of IT related issues, examples – issues related to email, printer, internet access, password, etc. and maintain track records for all of them.
- Email administration.
- Provide and set up laptops for new employees.
- Asset & contract updation in support portal, endpoint security solutions and testings.
- Technical support : Setting up VC and WebEx (e.g. business reviews, meetings etc.) for all other locations on time. Guest internet connections, trainings etc.
- Taking backup of resigned users data and shared to the business upon request.
