To support the Government Relations team in managing and executing day-to-day operations related to government documentation, regulatory compliance, and employee-related government services, ensuring timely and accurate processing in alignment with authorities' laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Document Processing & Follow-up : Assist in preparing, submitting, and tracking government documents (STL, CDL, Water & SCEO metrics, etc.). Collaborate with ministries and government portals.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure all government-related transactions comply with Saudi regulations. Maintain accurate records and generate periodic reports in AMR Co portals.
- Coordination : Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Admin, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of GR-related tasks.
- System & Portal Management : Operate and update government portals (Balady, Amana, ETC). Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in administration, government relations, business services.Knowledge
Strong understanding of government relations functions and Saudi Labor Law.Knowledge of trade license management and public relations activities within the Saudi market.Skills
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to manage complex tasks involving multiple stakeholders.Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced spreadsheet skills.Seniority level
