Job Title : Civil Architect Inspector – Construction Supervision | Location : Riyadh, KSA | Company : Jacobs

Responsibilities

• Construction Supervision : Monitor architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications; conduct regular inspections and report deviations or non-conformities; ensure timely execution of works in line with project schedule and safety standards.
• Quality Assurance : Verify materials, finishes, and workmanship meet required standards; review and approve architectural mock-ups and samples; maintain detailed records of inspections, approvals, and site observations.
• Coordination & Communication : Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve site issues; attend site meetings and provide technical input on architectural matters; coordinate with design teams to address discrepancies or design changes.
• Documentation & Reporting : Prepare daily and weekly site reports; track progress and highlight potential delays or risks; support in preparing handover documentation and snag lists.
