Job Summary : We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Female Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in hospital, clinic, or home-care settings. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting doctors, maintaining accurate patient records, administering treatments, and ensuring the overall comfort and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patients\' health conditions and vital signs, reporting any abnormalities to physicians.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as per doctor’s prescriptions.
• Assist in patient hygiene, mobility, feeding, and general comfort.
• Prepare patients for examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation of patient records, charts, and nursing reports.
• Provide post-operative care and monitor recovery processes.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain infection control practices and follow hospital hygiene protocols.
• Handle medical equipment and ensure cleanliness of patient care areas.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
