About the company : Saudi start-up company making e-signatures easy and secure. They help companies save time and build trust online by streamlining agreement signing for everyone involved with the integration with Nafath for more security and authentication.

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, infrastructure-ascode, and building secure, reliable systems. You will play a key role in managing our cloud and on-premises infrastructure, enabling scalable, resilient, and compliant deployments across environments.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters hosted on OCI, including Helm, Ingress, and autoscaling.
Support hybrid cloud deployment ensuring consistent and reliable release processes across on-premises and private cloud environments.
Maintain and enhance CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, supporting automated multiservice deployments.
Manage infrastructure security components, including Vault for secret management, TLS certificate provisioning, WAF, and ALB.
Monitor system performance and availability using Grafana, Loki, Sentry, and Prometheus.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and workflows using Terraform, Bash / Python scripting, and APIs.
Optimize performance and reliability of Redis, MySQL, and MinIO, including replication and backup strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external teams during on-prem deployments, ensuring system configuration, patching, and compliance.
Contribute to infrastructure hardening and security audits aligned with ISO 27001 / 22301, Saudi PDPL, and DGA regulations.

Preferred Experience

Supporting air-gapped or highly restricted on-prem environments.

Exposure to HSM-integrated digital certificates or CA infrastructure.

Experience in regulated industries such as GovTech, FinTech, or HealthTech.

Familiarity with incident response, disaster recovery, and security operations in production environments.

What We Expect from You

Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking principles.

Proficiency in version control using Git.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and responsiveness during operational incidents

Skills

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles, preferably in SaaS or regulated industries.

Hands-on experience with OCI and / or other major cloud platforms such as AWS.

Proficient with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools. In-depth knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with CI / CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins. Familiarity with Redis, MySQL, MinIO, API Gateways, and OAuth2.

Experience managing secrets and certificates with Vault and TLS.

Strong understanding of system monitoring and logging tools.

Solid knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.

Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
