The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose The purpose of this role is to support the Design and Development team in executing technical tasks and responsibilities that contribute to the successful design, testing, and implementation of Medium Voltage (MV) products. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment on project specifications, participate in internal testing and quality assurance efforts, and assist in the development of industrialization plans. Maintain a strong focus on customer expectations and cost management to enhance product quality and innovation while fostering effective teamwork within the organization.

Key Accountability Areas

Comprehensive Knowledge and Practice :

Execute all tasks, duties, and responsibilities associated with the Engineering role in Design and Development (D&D), following the job description for detailed guidance.

Team and Task Support :

Support the D&D team by assisting in activities and contributing to task completion within the department.

Cross-Department Collaboration :

Collaborate with factory departments, Alfanar trading departments, and Alfanar subsidiaries to ensure a clear understanding of project technical specifications.

Industrialization Planning :

Assist in developing industrialization plans to keep stakeholders informed about the readiness of configurations.

Project Goals and Priorities :

Contribute to establishing project goals and priorities by working alongside relevant stakeholders.

Engineering Build Participation :

Participate in the planning, implementation, and documentation of engineering builds, ensuring smooth transitions in the industrialization process.

Business Travel :

Occasionally travel for business purposes, including attending technical meetings and training sessions.

Internal Testing and Quality Assurance :

Assist in internal testing, conduct data analysis, and support the development of corrective action plans to address nonconformities identified during testing.

Quality Focus :

Identify critical-to-quality (CTQ) areas and work closely with the quality assurance team to help maintain high standards.

Customer Expectations :

Understand customer expectations for manufactured products and collaborate with different business units to ensure satisfaction.

Technology and Innovation :

Stay informed about advanced technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers to enhance product offerings.

Cost Awareness :

Assist the R&D team in managing the costing of all MV products by providing necessary data and support.

Academic Qualification Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
