As a Finance Administrator you play a pivotal role in ensuring precise, punctual and highly efficient financial administration. Key responsibilities
Process purchase invoices. Prepare weekly payment runs. Prepare journal entries for bank transactions. Maintain accounts payable subledger. Maintain implementation of authorization matrix. Monitor compliance with authorization matrix. Optimize use of purchase to pay (P2P) tools. Prepare balance sheet specifications for assigned accounts. Participate in assigned financial improvement projects and other initiatives. Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned by manager or supervisor. Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with minimum 3 years of experience. Able to attend to details, be organized, and be meticulous with data entry skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, accounting software; Twinfield experience will be a plus. Good administrative and coordination skills. Disciplined with time‑management abilities, accountable to deadlines. Must be a team player, with strong integrity. Preferably Saudi nationality. What we offer
