About Pasqal PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools. Our innovative technology enables us to address use cases that are currently beyond the reach of the most powerful supercomputers; these cases can concern industrial application challenges as well as fundamental science needs.

In addition to the exceptional computing power they provide, QPUs are highly energy efficient and will contribute to a significant reduction in the carbon footprint of the HPC industry.

Job Description We are building a Saudi team of quantum enthusiasts dedicated to promoting PASQAL technology and educating the market on the power of neutral atom quantum computing.

As a

Technical Account Manager for Aramco , you will be educating Aramco on PASQAL’s unique portfolio of products and services. You will help to grow our commercial reach inside Aramco and into the Saudi Arabian market, build new revenue streams, and provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale to ensure customer satisfaction. You should be tech‑savvy, able to explain technical details to a non‑technical audience, results‑driven, and capable of supporting the sales process with product, technical and business knowledge.

The position is based in Saudi Arabia.

Develop a strong connection with the technical experts and key stakeholders of the different entities of Aramco

Closely follow every technical discussion related to the ongoing projects to gain a global view of the collaboration

Advise Aramco as well as Pasqal teams (both technical and commercial), handle feedback, and envision solutions proactively

Communicate PASQAL’s unique value to both technical and non‑technical audiences, creating awareness for and interest in technology, products and services

Use excellent communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with Aramco

Ensure proper after‑sales service

Collaborate closely with the global commercial team to convert interest into concrete commercial leads / customers

Participate in relevant conferences in the Middle East to meet target customers and animate PASQAL’s booth

Collaborate with our Product and R&D team to build a deep understanding of our product and services

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update marketing materials for Aramco and potential prospects in the Middle East markets

Report to the VP Sales on weekly / monthly / quarterly sales results

Stay up to date with new products / services and new pricing / payment plans

Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

Participate actively in the region’s different POCs

Interim Project Management for specific Saudi Arabia projects

About You

Masters or PhD in quantum or a related field (physics, machine learning, etc.)

4+ years of work experience (private sector) in technical sales / as Technical Account Manager

External customer‑facing experience including executive level and C‑Suite

Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy‑to‑understand manner to technical and non‑technical audiences

Solid knowledge of the basic principles of quantum physics and quantum computing

Team spirit, ambitious, organized, proactive, creative, self‑driven

Able and willing to wear many hats in a fast‑paced and constantly changing start‑up environment

Arabic & English : a perfect professional command is essential (written and oral)

Experience working in a startup environment

Track record of achieving sales quotas

Understanding of sales performance metrics
