Architectural Supervisor

Job Description

The Architectural Supervisor will be responsible for supervising on-site architectural and finishing works, ensuring that all architectural details, materials, and layouts are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role requires close coordination with engineers, subcontractors, and the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and ensure proper implementation of architectural details, finishes, and layouts.

Supervise finishing and fit-out works, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and standards.

Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.

Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely material availability.

Work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.

Enforce compliance with safety, QA / QC, and design specifications.

Report daily site progress and issues to the Architectural Engineer or Project Manager.

Future Use : Suitable for fit-out, interior, and finishing supervision in general contracting and construction projects.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

3–6 years of experience in architectural supervision or interior finishing projects.

Strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and finishes.

Knowledge of site execution, QA / QC, and safety protocols.

Excellent coordination and leadership skills.

Ability to identify and resolve on-site design or material issues.

Familiarity with procurement and project documentation.
