We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator

to join our AMEP region team. Based in the Middle East, this role will work closely with the Regional Lead, Learning and Development, and the SJ Global Academy. The L&D Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and administration of employee training and development programs. This role ensures the smooth delivery of learning initiatives by coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate records, managing communications, and assisting with the development of training materials. Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of training programs and learning initiatives across the AMEP region. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including virtual and hybrid programs. Maintain learning records, track attendance, and generate reports from the Learning Management System (LMS). Develop, update, and distribute learning calendars and dashboards. Assist in preparing training content, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings. Provide technical and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to support regional and global L&D initiatives. Key Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment. Excellent working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Docebo. Demonstrated ability to produce quality outcomes within competing demands and tight deadlines. Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work independently. Key Knowledge and Skills

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong digital literacy with proficiency in collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace). Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare high-quality presentations and reports. Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (desirable, not mandatory).
