This role is crucial for overseeing the development of innovative attractions and experiences that will attract both local and international visitors. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for guiding all aspects of theme park development, from concept through to execution. Collaborating with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders, you will ensure the design and construction of attractions align with the unique vision of Qiddiya and meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for theme park projects that align with Qiddiya\'s mission and market positioning
• Lead the concept development, design, and execution phases of all theme park attractions and facilities
• Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to inform project decisions and enhance guest appeal
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints
• Build and maintain partnerships with industry experts, contractors, and suppliers for innovative development solutions
